Each product includes a detailed size chart. Bridal and formal wear sizing can differ from everyday clothing, so we recommend measuring carefully and sizing up if you’re between sizes.


Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

We do not offer custom sizing or alterations. We recommend using a local tailor for final adjustments.


What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of bridal and formal wear, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel or change it. Contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to help if the order has not entered fulfillment.


When should I order for my event?

We recommend ordering 8–12 weeks in advance to allow time for processing, shipping, and alterations.

At Dusty Moon Bridal, each piece is thoughtfully curated and prepared with care for life’s most meaningful moments. Because of the nature of bridal and formal wear, we ask that you review our return policy carefully before placing your order.


✨ All Sales Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all sales are final.

Many of our items are prepared specifically for each order and fulfilled through our trusted design and fulfillment partners. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing or fit issues

  • Change of mind

  • Event cancellations or date changes

  • Delayed delivery due to ordering close to your event date

We strongly recommend reviewing size charts carefully and ordering well in advance of your event.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you, we require:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Approved cases may result in a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.


🔄 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If an item is eligible for replacement due to damage or error, this will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Orders begin processing shortly after placement. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified.
